Summer 2021 schedule

This summer, we’re bringing our world-class parkour & tricking training programs back to local Boulder parks as a free public good, open to all (pay if you can).

We will follow all local covid19 rules & regulations for outdoor events. Please email us w/ any questions or concerns.

Community parkour/tricking sessions

  • Thursdays at 5-7pm
  • Free/open to all (pay if you can)
  • Led by Apex coaches Ryan Ford & Taylor Carpenter (& maybe more coaches, depending on attendance)
  • 5-6pm: open training, park clean-up, etc
  • 6-7pm: speed runs, skill challenges, etc (if conditions allow)
  • For safe exploration, kids must be accompanied by a parent/guardian (since these are potentially large & free community events, we’re not responsible for supervising minors or making them participate)

Parkour speed, strength, & conditioning sessions

  • Tuesdays at 5-7pm
  • Invite only for serious athletes who want to progress, compete, perform, etc (ask us how to earn an invite)
  • Led by Apex coaches Ryan Ford & Taylor Carpenter
  • Mix of speed parkour training + mobility, strength, & power work
