Parkour Strength Training


– Morning classes: 18+
– Afternoon/evening classes: 16+

In Parkour Strength Training (PST) classes, you’ll focus on the fundamental exercises and foundational parkour skills needed to develop your physical tools such as mobility, strength, and power.

  • Accelerate your athletic development with fundamental bodyweight exercises
  • Promote the flexibility and mobility necessary for safe obstacle-based fitness
  • Prepare and condition your joints to avoid injuries
  • Incorporate ground-based exercises, such as quadrupedal movement, bounding, and jumping into your workouts
  • Use low obstacles for full-body strength training
  • Master proper climb-up technique using many supplemental exercises
  • Design an effective strength training program
  • Combine skill-based drills and games to become a more well-rounded practitioner

There are no prerequisites for PST class. When you’re ready to start, follow these 3 steps:

Step 1:
Reserve your spot

Each participant must have an account. Note that account is NOT for parents of participants.

Step 2:
Sign the waiver

All waivers must be completed by a parent or legal guardian if the student is 17 years old or younger

Step 3:
Show up to your class

All waivers must be completed by a parent or legal guardian if the student is 17 years old or younger

Wear anything you feel comfortable moving in. Most people prefer athletic shorts or pants, and a loose fitting shirt. General tennis shoes work great.
