Acrobatics

This program focuses on the aesthetic and creative side of your movement practice. We learn to defy gravity and explore what the human body can do outside of A2B / parkour-like movements.

Acro class is a general intro to flips, twists, and other inverted movements. Here, we build a solid foundation of tricking, freerunning, tumbling, as well as the strength, mobility, and coordination needed to continue down the path of flips and fun. Once you have the basics down in this class, branch out to other acro track classes like freerunning and tricking.
