Private lessons with a quality coach are one of the best ways to improve in a safe and effective way. We offer private lessons for individuals or small groups––for kids, teens, and adults. Our coaching specialties include parkour, tricking, strength training, climbing, and breaking.
Students choose to take private lessons with our certified coaches in order to:
–– Complete intro level classes with a personal coach & flexible scheduling
–– Fine-tune skills through video analysis & personalized coaching drills
–– Achieve milestones like back flips, kong vaults, climb-ups, & more
–– Become a stronger, faster, more adaptable athlete for any sport
–– Perfect the basics of lifting and/or bodyweight training
Private lessons are a great way to accelerate your learning. We are happy to work around your schedule at almost any time. To schedule a private lesson, use contact us to let us know which coach you would like, when, and for how many hours.
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you do not cancel before then you will be charged half the price of the private lessons.
