Spring Break Camps

Spring Break is just around the corner, why not spend it playing around.  Come check out our Spring Break Parkour Camps for all ages (5 – 17) and all levels! Camps run from March 26th – 30th from 9am – Noon. Space is limited, so sign up today!

Parkour was in every single one of us as a kid; jumping off swings, climbing trees, and hopping over cracks in the sidewalk. Parkour is a great way for youth to focus their energy into fun and functional movements. Training with us is fun and feels more like playing than exercising. Because of this, your kids will keep coming back for more, moving their body in challenging new ways, and gaining valuable strength and mobility needed to live a safe and healthy life.

Daily Sample Schedule:

Monday – Friday: 9 am – 12 pm

Start of camp
0:05 – 0:15 – Warm up/games
0:15 – 1:30 – Skill development
1:30 – 2:00 – Snack/movie time (Parkour highlight reels and video tutorials)
2:00 – 2:20 – Warm up/Skill development
2:20 – 2:50 – Parkour related games
2:50 – 2:55 – Cool down/discussion
2:55 – 3:00 – Check out
