Air awareness and body awareness is vitally important for safely progressing high level flipping and twisting skills and will keep you safe when you get lost. This class will focus primarily on correct techniques for front and back flipping, twisting on and off axis, tumbling, and landing. We will also cover correct body positions and shaping for flips, tumbling and bar work. Whether you want to learn how to flip for the first time, or you want to clean up triple twisting flips, this class is for you!
Sundays from 5pm- 6pm
Adult – Must have completed an Intro to Parkour course.
Youth – Must be in Youth Level 3 or higher
